The monthly sales report is the one that counts. TuneCore’s help centre says trend reports are not fully accurate and only the monthly sales reports are, so a gap between the two is expected, not a sign of a mistake. Use the sales report to see what was actually paid.
TuneCore’s help centre has an article on this (trend reports versus sales reports). A search summary says trend reports are not 100% accurate and that the monthly sales reports are the accurate ones. We could not open the page, so check its wording. The practical rule is: reconcile money against the sales report, not the trend report.
In TuneCore, open Money & Analytics, then the Sales Report, and use “Download This Report” to get a .csv. We found only two column names in public sources, “Sales Period” and “Posted Date”, so we do not describe the file’s other columns here.
If your file is not recognised, you will be asked to point at the columns yourself and nothing is guessed.

Last checked October 15, 2026. Sources marked “read as a summary” are pages we could see only as a search-result summary because the page itself would not open for us; we have kept those claims general and not quoted numbers from them. Per-stream figures are estimates from the two dated articles named below; none of them are ours.
