What to write about

  • A rating is wrong. Tell me the song, the rating it has, and what happened when you listened. I'll re-review.
  • An artist is missing. Use the Request Artist form — it routes to the same inbox but with structured fields.
  • A feature would help you. The roadmap takes serious input from real listeners. Write.
  • You want to write for Voices. Go to /voices/write — anyone can submit, every piece is read.
  • Press / research collaboration. Yes, please.
  • You found a bug. Include the page URL and the browser you were using.

Response time

I aim to respond within 3 business days to anything that's not obviously spam. If a week goes by and you haven't heard back, assume the email got lost and try again.

What we don't do

We don't accept paid placement in ratings, guides, or recommended lists. We don't run sponsored content on this site. If you're a label or PR firm wanting to pitch a song for inclusion, that's fine — just know the rating will be the rating, and nothing changes that.
